Wave Settings
| Field | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
spawn_placement | String | Empty | Default spawning method for this wave's mobs, referencing a placement component |
prepare_duration | Integer | 100 | Preparation time before the wave starts (ticks), during which the wave title is displayed |
wave_duration | Integer | 0 | Wave duration (ticks). 0 means no time limit |
can_skip_wave | Boolean | true | Whether to automatically skip to the next wave after all raiders are killed |
wave_start_sound | String | Empty | Sound ID played when this wave starts. Takes priority over the raid-level wave_start_sound |
Priority Notes
The spawn_placement and wave_start_sound in wave settings have medium priority:
- If a spawn component sets
spawn_placement, the spawn component takes priority - Otherwise, the wave setting's
spawn_placementis used - Same for sounds: wave settings > raid settings
